1000 form rules and regulation

फारम भर्नु भन्दा पहिला कम्पनीको नियमहरु ध्यानपूर्वक पढ्‌नुहोला। नियमहरुः

> फारम शुल्क रु. १००० मात्र हो र फारमको अवधि १ महिनासम्म मात्र हुनेछ ।

> फारम भरेर हेरेको अप्सन मन नपरेको खण्डमा फारम शुल्क फिर्ता हुनेछैन ।

> अप्सन बुक गरिसकेपछि नागरिकता फोटोकपी र फोटो सहित अनिवार्य घर धनीलाई बुझाउनु पर्दछ ।

> यस फारममा सेवा शुल्क समावेश गरिएकोछैन यदि कसैले बुकिंग गर्दा सेवा शुल्क लिन्छ भने हामीलाई 9803520028 वा 9866410387 मा सम्पर्क गर्नुहोस ।

> यो नियम रु १००० फारममा मात्र लागू हुनेछ।

➤ The form fee will not be refunded if you do not like the option after filling the form.

➤Form fee Rs. 1000 only and the duration of the form will be 1 month only.

➤ After booking the option, the citizen has to submit a photocopy and a compulsory certificate along with the photograph.

➤ Service charge is not included in this form if anyone charges service charge while booking then contact us on 9803520028 or 9866410387.

➤ This rule is applicable to Rs. 1000 form only. Thank you
